Small Meeting Room
(5-8 People)
Meeting Room Setup:
- LCD/DLP Projector (small, low profile)
- 42" to 52" screen or plasma
- Control system such as a SP Control PXE or Extron Control ML52
- Speakers to carry sound throughout room
- Amplifiers to make sound continuous throughout room
- Video or web conferencing to communicate with remote locations
- Control systems can be programmed to power projectors and lights
Medium Meeting Room
(10-15 People)
Meeting Room Setup:
- LCD/DLP Projector (boardroom)
- 60" screen or plasma
- Control system such as a SP Control or Extron Control MediaLink
- Speakers to carry sound throughout room
- Amplifiers to make sound continuous throughout room
- Video or web conferencing to communicate with remote locations
- Switching System to switch sources from a computer to a DVD Player and other devices
- Control systems can be programmed to power projectors and lights
Large Meeting Room
(16-25 People)
Meeting Room Setup:
- LCD/DLP Projector (boardroom)
- Multiple plasma (up to 103") or projection screens
- Control system such as a SP Control or Extron Control MediaLink
- Speakers to carry sound throughout room
- Amplifiers to make sound continuous throughout room
- Video or web conferencing to communicate with remote locations
- Switching System to switch sources from a computer to a DVD Player and other devices
- Control systems can be programmed to power projectors and lights
